Objective
Turn the HollowTech Labs website into a useful public engineering index rather than a static portfolio.
Work
The site now has structured project records, individual project pages, Lab Notes, automatic project activity feeds, resources and downloads, current-work snapshots, milestone tracking, and a reusable project-media gallery with full-screen viewing.
Echo Protocol became the first project to exercise the complete media path with screenshots, handbook documentation, and a protected beta-access callout.
A mobile readability pass increased the iPhone type scale, enlarged the smallest technical identifiers, and tightened footer navigation without changing the desktop presentation.
Result
HollowTech Labs now has a connected documentation system: stable project records describe each build, Lab Notes preserve chronological work, milestones show state without fake percentages, and media and resources attach supporting material to the same record.
Next
Use the documentation system as part of normal project development so meaningful checkpoints are recorded as they happen instead of reconstructed at the end of a project.
